1. Size: (expressed in sq. inches): This measurement is calculated by multiplying the width by the length of the logo. However, before multiplying these 2 numbers 0.39" is added to both the length and width measurements to create a 0.1969" border around each side of the logo to allow for cutting.

2. Thickness / Height:

• T1: 0.03543 inches (+/- .0591”)
• T2: 0.05906 inches (+/- .0591”)
• T3: 0.07087 inches (+/- .0591”)

3. Adhesive:

• 9469: Strong adhesive applicable to most surfaces like metal, plastic, etc… (Good for cars, bikes).
• T.T.S.: “Thermal Transfer Synthetic” adhesive for flexible plastics like PVC, Synthetic Leather etc...
• T.T.T.: “Textile Thermal Transfer” adhesive for textiles, applied using heat transfer. Good for t-shirts and sweatshirts.
• L.E.: “Low Energy” adhesive for surfaces like Epoxy, PP plastics & other hard surfaces where the 9460 adhesive will not bond.

4. Quantity: Minimum = 500 pieces

5. Extra Colors and/or special finishes: 1st Color + 10% / Each additional Color +5%

Average Chrome Dome price is $0.35 per square inch per logo.

Mould Charge: In addition to the per piece price, there will be a one time mould charge of $300 to $1000 depending on the size & complexity of the mould.
