Application Equipment

Our Equipment Packages contain the special guns required for the chrome application as well as all other hardware materials you will need to apply the ChromeFX ™ Intermediate Coating.

The ChromeFX System has been developed to make it as simple as possible to get your spray chroming operations up & running quickly and efficiently.

Regardless of what others may say this process has a rather steep learning curve and Alsa is sensitive to this which is why we provide this materials bonus to you.

TRAINING: The one thing that really sets us apart is ALSA provides extensive training FREE OF CHARGE at our facility where you will have every opportunity to learn all of the tips and techniques necessary to ensure you get the most out of your ChromeFX machine.

Each ChromeFX™ Coatings Package consists of all materials needed to coat its specified square footage with a Basecoat, ChromeFX™ Intermediate Coat, and a Topcoat.

Estimated Cost of Application

While the hardware costs are fixed, the application costs will vary depending on the type of substrate, the shape of the part being coated and the volume of coatings purchased.

We estimate the cost of application to run anywhere from $1.83 - $3.00 per square foot for materials, not including waste or labor.

* Please contact us for information on installing ChromeFX ™ spray systems into industrial production-lines.

** These application equipment packages are required for the ChromeFX ™ Intermediate Coating step of the process. Traditional spray painting equipment, available through any industrial paint supplier, should be used for the Basecoat & Topcoat steps.
