All of our paints and finishes are custom made, so we cannot offer refunds, we only offer a replacement for defective product(s) or items damaged in transit. So please chose your products carefully.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must file a claim. After the claim has been submitted and the damaged material has been returned, we will process your replacement product within 2 working days and send you a UPS tracking number for your replacement item(s).
